 Tiffany
Hopper is a graduate of Chris Collins
Dance Studio with an extensive background in jazz, musical theatre, tap,
lyrical, ballet, and poms. As a member of the Chris Collins
Performing Troupe, she won many awards, including the Senior Overall Dance
Champion for Dance Caravan Stars of Tomorrow. In 1996, she was named the Chris
Collins Dance Studio Student of the Year.
She has choreographed dances that
have taken top honors at Dance Caravan and also at Starbound. Tiffany has won
many Special Judges Awards for her creative Musical Theatre numbers, including
the recent crowd favorites "Time Warp" and "Spelling Bee."
 She continues her dance training,
and has completed grade 4 at Teachers Training School through Dance Masters of
America. In addition to teaching dance classes, she has also served as a judge
for dance team auditions in Northern Virginia.
Tiffany enjoys teaching many
different levels at the studio, and works well with our beginning students, all
the way through our advanced company members. She has been influenced by the
work of Bob Fosse, Jerome Robbins, and Luigi, and incorporates a mix of their
styles into her jazz classes.
Tiffany believes that
every child has the power to be great, and hopes that she can be a guiding light
along their journey in dance. |
