Vincent
Bingham joins our staff as a resident
guest instructor. He grew up in Washington DC and began dancing at the age
of 6. Later, he was in the Broadway cast of the Tony Award winning show
"Bring In Da Noise, Bring In Da Funk." His Broadway tours also included
"Wild Women Blues." Other honors include recognition by the Kennedy
Center, and the opportunity to dance at Bill Clinton's Presidential
Inauguration. Vincent has also appeared on television with Regis Philbin
and David Letterman. He has danced with Savion Glover, Gregory Hines and
many other outstanding performers including R&B singer Mya and the world's
greatest entertainer - Sammy Davis Jr.
As much as Vincent enjoys
performing, he enjoys sharing his love of tap with students. In the early
nineties, he taught at the Duke Ellington High School of Performing Arts and at
the Manhattan Dance Project. He also taught master classes for the Howard
University Dance Department.

Back in the D.C. area this year,
Vincent wants to remain where his soul is - tap dancing, teaching, and working
with children. |
