WINTER BREAK – There will be no classes Tuesday, December 20th through Monday, January 2ND. Classes will resume on a normal schedule Tuesday,   January 3, 2012.

PARENT WEEK - Classes will be open to parents of preschoolers and beginner students from December 5-10

WEATHER POLICY - IN THE EVENT OF SNOW - dance classes are USUALLY canceled if schools are closed early or closed for the day.   If weather is questionable in evenings or on Saturdays, call 703.370.7808 and a recording will be updated if it is necessary to cancel.

SHOWTIME 2012 - Our 36th annual recital will be held June 23^rd, 2012. If it is your first recital and you have any questions about what to expect, please talk to the director or check our website.

ALL STUDENTS SHOULD HAVE TURNED IN A SIGNED GOLD RECITAL FORM BY OCTOBER 29^TH, INDICATING WHETHER THEY WERE PARTICIPATING IN THE 2012 RECITAL.

Students who still wish to order recital costumes must submit form immediately with a $65.00 non-refundable deposit per costume ordered. Payments may be made by credit card, checks or cash.   NO COSTUMES WILL BE ORDERED FOR ANY STUDENT WHO HAS NOT TURNED IN A SIGNED GOLD FORM, APPROPRIATE COSTUME DEPOSITS AND THE RECITAL FEE.

Students of all ages are invited to be in the recital and there will be one costume per class.  Once orders are placed, they cannot be canceled.  Balance due statements for all orders will be mailed in February and will be due upon receipt.

ZUMBA – FIRST CLASS FREE!

ZUMBA with Hilary on Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 10:00 am as well as the first and third Sundays of the month.   ZUMBA with Nekea on Wednesday evenings at 7:30.  Tell your friends that ZUMBA is a  great cardio workout.  Class sizes are limited!!

DANCE CLASS OPENINGS –There are still openings for adults in tap, ballet, jazz, and hip hop.  There are also limited openings in many of our children’s classes. If you have friends who are interested in classes, please let them know now before we close off registrations.

REFER A FRIEND – As our holiday gift to you, if someone referred by you registers for dance classes by December 10^th, you will receive a $15.00 credit (PER STUDENT REFERRED) to use in the New Year.

CHRISCOLLINSDANCE.COM is our website. Check it regularly for updated information, birthdays, and a featured dancer of the day each day.  Students can leave notes for friends in the student “chatterbox.”

BILLING STATEMENTS are only mailed for  past due accounts. If you receive a statement that you believe to be in error, do not ignore it -- PLEASE GET IT CORRECTED.  Contact the office with the date you made your payment.  There have been many class changes this fall and we want to have all accounts accurate.  ALL TUITION IS DUE PRIOR TO THE FIRST OF EACH MONTH.  Late fee is automatically applied ON THE TENTH day of the month.  AVOID ALL LATE FEES AND ENROLL IN FREE EASY PAY. As per your signed registration agreement, ALL STUDENTS ARE ENROLLED THROUGH JUNE 2012 and tuition is due through that time.  Two weeks’ written notice is required for withdrawal.
