PARENT WEEK MON, SEPTEMBER 26TH THRU SAT. OCTOBER 1st. PLEASE ATTEND CLASSES.

MEET THE TEACHERS AND GET INFORMATION REGARDING THE COSTUMES AND 2012 RECITAL.

We hope all students are enjoying their classes now that we are back in the swing of things.  Some students are being shifted around so that class sizes are reasonable and students are placed properly.  Students that are asked to change classes are being moved for their benefit, now that the teachers have seen the level of the students within each group.  All returning students should have a good idea of what to expect as the year goes on in regard to classes and end of year recital.

 

As stated in the brochure, which you received at registration, students planning to be in the June recital must place a non-refundable minimum costume deposit of $60.00 per class subject no later than Oct. 29. The balance will be due in February.  Showtime 2012 is planned for the weekend of June 25 with mandatory dress rehearsals the preceding week. A SHEET WILL BE HANDED OUT ON PARENT WEEK WHICH WILL CLARIFY RECITAL PRODUCTION FEES AND COSTUME FEES AND IT MUST BE RETURNED BY ALL STUDENTS BY OCTOBER 29 regardless of whether they are in the recital.

 

We would like to remind you that your tuition must be received prior to the first of each calendar month. Students are automatically enrolled thru June 2012 unless we receive two weeks' written notice to withdraw them from class. Details are in the studio brochure. PAYMENT COUPONS MUST ACCOMPANY ALL PAYMENTS!!!  YOU MAY USE CREDIT CARDS OR CHECKS.  Payments may be  mailed or delivered to our office in a timely manner. ON THE TENTH OF EACH MONTH TUITION IS INCREASED BY $20.00

 

IF YOU REFER A NEW STUDENT TO OUR STUDIO THIS MONTH, YOU WILL RECEIVE A $15.00 CREDIT ON YOUR ACCOUNT. 

 

 

 

 

TRY OUT OUR NEW ZUMBA CLASSES!! Join the party! Don’t let your children have all the fun! We also have adult tap, ballet, jazz, and hip hop.  Bring a friend and join the fun! 

 

ANY STUDENT CURRENTLY REGISTERED CAN TRY OUT AN ADDITIONAL SUBJECT ONE TIME THIS MONTH AT NO CHARGE.    There are still openings in many classes of ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, acro, and musical theater.  

 

AVOID LATE FEES!!  YOU CAN NOW SIGN UP FOR FREE AUTO-PAY WITH YOUR VISA OR MASTERCARD AND NEVER HAVE A LATE FEE AGAIN!!

 

CALENDAR - All students should have received a complete calendar for the year at registration.  You are reminded we will be OPEN Columbus Day, Election Day, and Veterans Day.

NO CLASSES FALL BREAK - TUE., NOVEMBER 22 THRU SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 26.

 

We also remind you that by now, all students should have proper shoes for all classes.   If you have not found shoes, we can order them for you. BE SURE STUDENT'S NAME IS IN ALL SHOES.

 

We are very fortunate to have an outstanding staff. We hope you have had the opportunity to meet the teachers and student teachers.  All teachers are profiled on our website. 

 

We also have a Chris Collins Dance Studio facebook group where you can share pictures.  Our website has  much more information about our studio. There is a chatterbox where students can leave messages for each other and a “Parent Yap” where parents can leave notes. Check our site regularly.
